Badshahi Roti
These crispy and spicy rotis can be had anytime of the day and contains cauliflower. This rich roti has all the flavours and is colourful and wholesome. As this roti is prepared with tasty ingredients, one can have hot rotis without any chutney or curry. Serving this dish with any curry gives a better taste. The blend of all three flours gives a unique taste to these rotis.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- 3 tbsp maida
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- ½ cup finely chopped cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup white sesame seeds
- ½ cup peanuts
- ½ bunch fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
Method
- Take maida, gram flour and rice flour in a mixing bowl. Add red chilli powder and mix well.
- Roast sesame seeds and peanuts. Crush them coarsely and mix to the flour. Add fresh chopped coriander, cauliflower, salt and sugar.
- Mix all these ingredients well before adding water. Add water gradually and knead the dough. Cover and keep aside for15 minutes.
- Make balls with this dough. On polythene sht add a tsp of oil and spread the dough to the size of a chapathi. Meanweehile heat the tawa. Invert the polythene on the tawa so that the roti is placed on the tawa. Fry the roti on both sides sprinkling some oil.
- Badshahi roti is now ready to serve with any chutney or curry.
